• Master´s graduate in Trade and bachelor’s in international Trade, 24 years of experience in International Trade and Customs in different sectors mainly in the Automotive Industry.

• Specialist in Foreign Trade Promotion such as IMMEX, Automotive Bonded Warehouse, PROSEC. Customs clearance, Free trade agreements, Origin regulations, tariff classification, INCOTERMS, Logistics, Administration of Customs Broker, Import and Export Operations.

• Her experience includes advisory in Foreign Trade and Operative Processes related to customs

• She has had a strong participation in international investment projects providing services of strategies and structures in customs specially for new investments in the Bajio region in Mexico, customers in different sectors and the terminal automotive industry.

• Coordination of Customer Projects from Japan, North and Latin America and Europe.

• She has coordinated analysis of tariff preferences with the purpose of promoting and using different kind of International Foreign Trade Agreements which Mexico has signed. She also coordinated the information and communication with other countries from Japan, North America, and Latin America.

• Wide experience in projects of Certification such as Certification of VAT and IEPS, Security certification in the supply chain as AEO and CTPAT.

• Attendance to company home visit and desk review from corresponding authorities. Solutions to legal requirements.

• Advisory to customers about the administration and risk control, focused in the regulation compliance of the import and export operations (preventive audits) to minimize the operative risks, fiscal credits, and administrative procedures.

• Her area of experience includes the design of plans and programs for Customs Broker tenders, (Request for Quotation), evaluation and qualification of their services, as well as contracts.

• She participated in the leading team for the installation and launch of 2 large automotive plants in Mexico, the first with Japanese investment and the second with American investment

• Outstanding experience in projects providing customs strategy services for new investments in Mexico for clients from different sectors and the coordination of projects for clients in North America, Europe and Latin America.

• Member of the Commission of Foreign Trade in COPARMEX Querétaro.

• Speaker in professional and business forums.

• She has been a professor in Geopolitics in the Degree in International Business and Foreign Trade in the Escuela Bancaria Comercial, (EBC by its acronym in Spanish) also has taught the assignment of Logistics Processes and the course in a Logistics.

• Active Partner in different Chambers of Commerce such as the Franco-Mexican Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Bajio region.

• Aylín Sánchez has consolidated her experience and has positioned herself in our team in recent years supporting our clients in the automotive and auto parts and manufacturing industry sectors.

• Her experience includes advisory in Foreign Trade and operative processes for manufacturing, maquila, service and trading companies.

• She has managed several qualifications of origin of products to apply tariff preferences through Certificates of Origin in accordance with the International Foreign Trade Agreements which Mexico has signed.

• She currently performs several services related to IMMEX and PROSEC Programs, such as obtaining, compliance, extensions, among others. She also manages services related to the VAT&IEPS Certification, such as authorizations, renewals and monitoring of compliance.

• Her current duties include advising clients on import and export operations in accordance with the regime and specifications of the operation, as well as the management of procedures and analysis of procedures focused on international trade and customs.

• She has been part of projects for obtaining and renewing AEO and CTPAT certifications for companies

• She has participated in the management of responses to legal Requirements.

• As well as in preventive audits, covering document review, calculation of contributions, customs valuation, INCOTERMs, etc.
